Planning & preparation
Approved drawings are translated into an organised production plan, with dimensions and junctions reviewed before making begins.
Production
Every SH Studio piece begins with a precisely developed design and is brought to life through our own production process.
We combine CAD development, CNC technology and skilled craftsmanship to manufacture custom furniture adapted to the specific requirements of each space.

Inside the process
The exact machinery, brands, and technical capabilities below remain intentionally unspecified until verified by SH Studio.

01
Approved drawings are translated into an organised production plan, with dimensions and junctions reviewed before making begins.

02
Components are prepared through the appropriate workshop processes for the approved design. Specific equipment details are available once confirmed by SH Studio.

03
Visible and concealed edges are resolved for durability, consistency, and a clean relationship between surfaces.

04
Elements are assembled and checked together, helping identify alignment and fit before the project reaches site.

05
Dimensions, surfaces, operation, and details are reviewed against the approved scope before packing.

06
Furniture is protected for transport, coordinated for site, fitted, adjusted, and reviewed as a finished whole.
CAD + CNC
Every dimension, junction and detail is resolved digitally before a single panel is cut. CNC technology then reproduces that precision consistently — so the finished piece matches the approved design exactly.

Materials & details
A lasting result depends on surface selection, edge treatment, internal organisation, hardware, tolerances, and how separate pieces meet. We resolve these as one system rather than isolated choices.
Craftsmanship

Furniture made for the space, not adapted to it. Designed, engineered, manufactured and installed by SH Studio.
